INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Boil the potatoes until almost fork tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, Peri-Peri hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potatoes in the Peri-Peri mixture until evenly coated.
