  • 1 lb (450 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • Juice of 4 limes (about ½ cup)
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Fury Pineapple Yardie hot sauce
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, mangoes, bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion, and avocado.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the shrimp mixture and gently toss to coat. Make sure all ingredients are covered with the marinade.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon Pineapple Yardie hot sauce and stir gently before serving. Adjust seasoning if needed.
