Authorized Online Seller Policy
Effective Date: 16 February 2026
Fury Hot Sauce (“Fury,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) has built its brand through significant investment in product quality, brand development, marketing, and customer experience. To protect that investment and ensure a consistent, premium experience for consumers, Fury has established this Authorized Online Seller Policy (“Policy”).
This Policy governs the online sale and marketing of Fury products and applies to all individuals or entities selling, advertising, or promoting Fury products online (“Resellers”).
Fury reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret, modify, enforce, or revoke this Policy at any time.
1. Authorization Required
Only Resellers expressly authorized by Fury may sell Fury products online.
Authorization may be granted, limited, suspended, or revoked by Fury at any time, with or without notice. Authorization to sell Fury products through one channel does not imply authorization to sell through any other channel.
2. Permitted Online Sales Channels
Unless expressly approved in writing by Fury:

Resellers may sell Fury products only through websites owned and operated by the Reseller.

Resellers may not sell Fury products on:

Online marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace)
-
Auction sites
-
Social marketplaces (including Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.)
-
Drop-shipping platforms
-
Any third-party fulfillment or resale platform not explicitly approved by Fury
-
Fury does not authorize resale through fulfillment-by-marketplace programs without prior written consent.
3. Product Authenticity & Packaging
Resellers must:

Sell only new, authentic Fury products obtained directly from Fury or an authorized Fury distributor.

Sell products only in their original, unaltered packaging.

Not relabel, repackage, bundle, modify, or tamper with any Fury product.

Not create alternative UPCs, SKUs, or listings intended to bypass Fury controls.
Any sale of damaged, expired, or altered product is strictly prohibited.
4. Brand Representation & Content Standards
Resellers must present Fury products in a manner consistent with a premium, modern consumer brand.
Accordingly, Resellers may not:

Use Fury trademarks, logos, imagery, or brand assets outside the scope of selling authorized Fury products.

Modify Fury brand assets without written approval.

Create content that is misleading, inaccurate, or inconsistent with Fury’s positioning.

Imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership beyond authorized resale.
Fury reserves the right to require removal or revision of any content that does not meet brand standards.
5. Digital Advertising & Paid Media Restrictions
Resellers may not engage in paid advertising involving Fury products or brand terms without prior written approval from Fury.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Paid search keyword bidding

Sponsored listings
-
Paid social, display, or video advertising
-
Retargeting or audience-based advertising using Fury-related terms
Fury is not required to disclose marketing strategies, keyword lists, campaign structures, or acquisition plans. Any approval granted may be limited, conditional, time-bound, or revoked at Fury’s discretion.
6. Sales to End Consumers Only
Resellers may sell Fury products only to end-use consumers.
Resellers may not:

Sell Fury products to other resellers, wholesalers, exporters, or distributors
-
Facilitate or enable resale, diversion, or redistribution
Resellers must monitor purchasing behavior and notify Fury of any suspicious activity or bulk purchasing patterns.
7. Bulk Sales & Diversion Prevention
Unless expressly authorized:

Resellers may not sell Fury products in bulk quantities.

Orders that suggest resale, export, or diversion may be cancelled at Fury’s discretion.
Fury reserves the right to investigate sales patterns and trace product distribution.
8. Geographic & Export Restrictions
Resellers may only market and ship Fury products within approved territories.
International sales, exports, or cross-border shipping are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Fury.
9. Pricing & MAP Compliance
Where applicable, Resellers must comply with Fury’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.
Failure to comply with MAP guidelines may result in immediate enforcement action, including revocation of online selling privileges.
10. Transparency & Seller Identification
Resellers must:

Maintain accurate and current business information

Disclose all websites, storefronts, domains, and seller identities used to sell Fury products
-
Promptly update Fury regarding any changes
Failure to provide accurate information is grounds for immediate termination of authorization.
11. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Resellers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Consumer protection and advertising laws
-
Email and digital marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.)

Privacy and data protection requirements
-
Secure, PCI-compliant payment processing
12. Enforcement
Fury may enforce this Policy in its sole discretion.
Violations may result in one or more of the following actions, without notice:

Immediate revocation of online selling authorization
-
Suspension or termination of supply
-
Inventory sell-off requirements
-
Permanent removal from authorized seller status
-
Legal action where appropriate
Resellers may not attempt to circumvent this Policy directly or indirectly.
13. Policy Updates
Fury reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued sale of Fury products after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
