Shipping policy
1 Order Processing
We prepare orders quickly so you can enjoy your sauce without delay. Standard processing times:

Processing time: Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 5 p.m. Eastern Time are processed the next business day.

Business days: We process orders Monday – Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays.

Peak periods: During promotions or busy holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any delays.
2 Shipping Destinations and Methods
Fury Hot Sauce ships from Burlington, Ontario. We offer domestic, U.S. and international shipping where permitted by law. Your shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your destination.

Domestic (Canada) – We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Standard and express options are available.

United States – We ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

International – We currently ship to select countries (e.g., United Kingdom, most of Europe and Asia–Pacific). Customs regulations vary; the buyer is responsible for duties and local taxes.

Restricted destinations: Due to import restrictions on food products, we do not ship to certain regions. We cannot ship to military addresses (APO/FPO), P.O. boxes or countries that prohibit the import of sauces or condiments.
3 Shipping Costs

Shipping options are calculated live at checkout and consumers can choose the best option for them between carriers.

Shipping charges for international and U.S. orders will vary depending on destination and weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
4 Packaging and Handling
Hot sauce bottles are considered non‑flammable liquids, but they still require careful packaging. We follow these guidelines:

We may use weather‑resistant packaging during extreme heat or cold to protect the sauce’s quality.
5 Local Delivery & In‑Store Pickup
For customers near Burlington, we offer convenient free local delivery:

Local delivery – Available Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. for addresses within approximately 10 km of our warehouser. The minimum order value for free local delivery is $30.
6 Cancellations

Exchanges / Order changes: If you need to change flavours or adjust your order, please contact us before it has shipped. After shipping, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping confirmation. Once processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
7 Potential Delays & Service Interruptions
Delivery times may be extended due to factors outside our control, such as national holidays, weather events, courier disruptions or customs inspections. We will notify customers if we expect significant delays and provide updates as available.
8 Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment through the carrier’s tracking website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us for assistance.
