✈ Mexico CityAl Pastor
Mexico City trompo stands, where Lebanese immigrants brought shawarma culture in the 1930s and something entirely new was born.
Taste it →As a family of immigrants, some flavours we were born into. Some found us along the way. Others sent us across cities, borders and oceans for one more bite.

Spring 2020. The world had stopped. A father and his son stood in a backyard in Burlington, Ontario, pressing pepper seeds into soil.
These were no ordinary seeds. These seeds had crossed oceans in coat pockets and carry-on bags, passed between cousins and aunts, planted and replanted in new soil every season. A quiet ritual of not forgetting.
growing memories
Food travels with people. It travels with purpose. It changes hands, evolves, and sometimes becomes something new. Fury was born from that idea.
Lebanese families in Mexico City. Sicilian kitchens in New Orleans. Portuguese traders on the coast of Mozambique. Indentured labourers in Durban, South Africa.
The world's best food happens when cultures meet, mix and make something entirely new. That means travelling to the source. Sitting in the kitchens. Eating at the roadside stalls. Understanding why the balance of heat, acid and sweetness was arrived at over generations — and honouring it.
Every Fury flavour is rooted in culture and steeped in tradition.

✈ BarbadosThe golden, mustard-forward pepper sauce on every table in Barbados. With Delish — a Bajan heritage brand since 1987 — we brought it to North America the Fury way: fermented Scotch bonnets, horseradish-mustard, turmeric and mango.
Taste it →We live for these moments. We honour these traditions.
Al Pastor, Mango Lassi, Banh-Mi, Muffuletta and more. Traditional flavours never before seen on the hot sauce shelf.
Collaborations you won't find anywhere else, like Delish x Fury Bajan with Barbados' heritage brand Delish.
Fermentation builds umami depth and layered heat that mass production can't replicate. It's a process that can't be rushed!
All-natural, fermented, local ingredients. No extracts, no preservatives, no artificial colours.
The shelf was tired and uninspired..until now.

Fermentation isn't a trend. It isn't a gimmick. It's a biological process that transforms raw peppers into something mass production can't replicate.
Lactic acid bacteria break down sugars, producing postbiotics and genuine complexity: umami depth, layered heat, the kind of finish that develops on your palate instead of just burning it. Every batch is all-natural. No shortcuts.
See the process →Heat shouldn't shout. It should unfold.
A father and son first planted pepper seeds from back home in a Burlington backyard, igniting what would eventually become Fury one year later.
By early 2025 nearly 1 in 10 bottles of artisan hot sauce sold in Ontario carried the Fury name.
Awarded at Walmart Canada's inaugural Canada Growth Summit — reserved for brands with the products, passion and momentum to go national.
Fury's national rollout with Walmart Canada and Homesense and Winners launches.
Can't wait to share what we have in store for 2027...
Maybe a flavour reminds you of home, somewhere you’ve been, or someone you love. Maybe it brings your family together for a meal, starts a conversation and finds its way into a memory you’ll carry with you. However Fury finds its way to your table, we’re grateful to be a part of your story.
