- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon course black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Breakfast Hot Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder.
- Pat the prime rib dry with a paper towel and lightly coat the entire roast with Fury Hot Sauce Breakfast sauce
- Sprinkle the coffee rub over the roast, pressing it firmly into the meat.
- Place the seasoned prime rib on a rack in a roasting pan, fat-side up.
- Roast the prime rib in the oven for about 2 to 2 ½ hours, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare doneness. Adjust the cooking time for your preferred level of doneness.
- Remove the roast from the oven, tent it with foil, and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
