Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post.
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We will gladly replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If items arrive defective or damaged please reply to your order confirmation email along with photographs of the damaged item for an exchange to be coordinated. If you would simply like to exchange an item for another item, please contact us at email@example.com. You will need to send or drop off your original item to Fury Hot Sauce, 15-3325 Harvester Rd, Burlington, ON, L7N3N2. You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred for exchanges.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and/or shipped to a different address than the billing address, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift card will be sent to you minus the value of shipping the original order.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fury Hot Sauce Returns, 15-3325 Harvester Rd, Burlington, On, L7N3N2, within 14 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
