Peri-Peri Roast Potatoes

These spicy peri peri potatoes are a sizzling sensation! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and coated with a mouth-watering peri peri seasoning, they bring a burst of smoky, tangy, and fiery flavors to your palate.   • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Peri-Peri sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley and mint, for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Boil the potatoes until almost fork tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, Peri-Peri hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potatoes in the Peri-Peri mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Place the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes turn crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and chopped mint.
