Huli Huli Hawaiian Ham

  • 1 (8-pound) fully cooked bone-in/spiral ham
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fury Hot Sauce Huli Huli


  1. Preheat your oven or grill to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the ham in a large baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sherry vinegar, ginger, garlic and Fury Hot Sauce Huli Huli.
  4. Reserve 1/2 cup of the glaze for basting.
  5. Pour the remaining glaze over the ham, ensuring it is well-coated.
  6. Optional: Secure pineapple rings all over the ham using whole cloves.
  7. Loosely cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours, basting with the reserved glaze every 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil for 30 minutes and allow the ham to brown.
  9. Once the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C), remove the ham from the oven.
  10. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
