Fury Holiday Gravy

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups turkey or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add flour and whisk constantly for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Slowly pour in the broth while continuing to whisk, ensuring no lumps remain.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha, thyme, and garlic powder.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken further.
