Elote – Mexican Street Corn

This spicy twist on traditional Mexican street corn features a kick of heat from your favourite Fury Hot Sauce, balanced with creamy cotija cheese and zesty lime juice. Perfect for adventurous taste buds!


  • 4 ears of corn, husks and silk removed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Fury Hot Sauce (Al Pastor or Breakfast recommended)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until slightly charred on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and hot sauce.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
  5. Sprinkle with cotija cheese, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
