  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon course black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Breakfast Hot Sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder.
  3. Pat the prime rib dry with a paper towel and lightly coat the entire roast with Fury Hot Sauce Breakfast sauce

  5. Place the seasoned prime rib on a rack in a roasting pan, fat-side up.
  6. Roast the prime rib in the oven for about 2 to 2 ½ hours, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat registers 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare doneness. Adjust the cooking time for your preferred level of doneness.
  7. Remove the roast from the oven, tent it with foil, and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
  8. Slice the coffee-crusted prime rib into thick slices and serve warm with jus and horseradish.
